Bruce Bruce, the former Frito-Lay salesman turned comedian, is set to film his first Netflix special at The Vic Theater in Chicago on Saturday, May 3, 2025. A fan favorite for years and a recent discovery for younger audiences, but don’t call him “Unc” just yet. He has toured alongside Martin Lawrence, Bert Kreischer, Mike Epps, and is a staple in comedy clubs and theaters nationwide. Hailing from Atlanta, Bruce is also the former host of BET’s “Comic View” and has appeared in films such as Ice Cube’s XXX: State of the Union, Idlewild, and Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector. He’s also featured in the Steve Harvey comedy Think Like a Man, the Chris Rock-directed Top Five, and more recently in The Trap, Undercover Brother 2, and Miracles Across 125th Street with Nick Cannon.
